East point Business Park, Dublin
East point is located on an old landfill site and covers a total area of approximately 13.75 hectares, with the site has quickly become one of the most successful business parks in Ireland.
CFA provided attractive internal atriums and external environments capable of dealing with everyday intensive use. The ground is a hive of high-tec underground service corridors and allowances in the landscape were required. Away from the concentrated development, the Tolka estuary required specific landscape treatment; a double line of Tilia (Lime) trees, with clipped underplanting, seating and breedon gravel underfoot.
It is a totally integrated development providing a first class business environment. The overall feel and scale of the development is one of high status and visual appeal.
