The scheme is one of a kind in London as a result of its scale and complexity, that will see the restoration of a Grade II listed building and regeneration of a 38 acre plot of land.

The creation of an instant mature and natural environment that addresses the scale and enormity of the development, while also considering the human factor, is a key element of a master plan that calls for landscaping to comprise no less than 26 percent of the entire site.

A total of 17000 trees will be introduced across the site. The creation of a superb atrium within the Power Station’s glazed galleria will extend the landscape from outside to inside. Any successful landscape is what it can become tomorrow.
